Apple iBook Laptop 14.1" M9848LL/A (1.42 GHz PowerPC G4, 512 MB DDR SDRAM, 60 GB Hard Drive, SuperDrive) from Apple Computer.
I've been looking to buy an ibook for a while now. It far exceeds my Dell notebook capabilities in sounds and graphics. Garageband was one of the main reasons for switching to a Mac platform. It has given me a new world of possibilities for composing and recording adventures. The product was carefully sent in a safe and timely fashion. Thanks!

Sony's use of dark and metal accents, and discreet LED indicators on the front looks modern. It's also fast and approaches the ease-of-use of a Mac (that is, it does it's best to work around my mistakes!). I'll be using this for notetaking, websurfing, e-mail, movie viewing, and light gaming. The specs make sure this will be a breeze.
So far, I've only noted two moderate downsides. First, it seems to run hotter than...
