Sony ICF-CD73V Shower CD Player/Clock Radio (White) from Sony. The list price is around US$79.99.
Everything about this radio is top quality. Great reception, great battery life, cds play nicely, clock works great, it even comes with sturdy rope to hang it with. Great purchase!

Salton Wet Tunes WT50RD Shower Radio (Translucent Red) from Salton. The list price is around US$24.99.
I bought this shower radio last year. It did not play CDs, but the batteries died after only a few uses. I don't know if it was defective or if the constantly running clock caused the battery death. I was very disappointed and returned it. Another shower radio that was much cheaper and didn't have a clock runs forever on batteries.

Memorex MC1008 Shower CD Radio from Memorex. The list price is around US$99.99.
This unit has died unexplicitly. We have replaced numerous batteries and the unit refuses to work. After reading some of the other reviews (albeit too late), I guess I feel a bit gratified because the unit worked for 68 days instead of just one week. I have made repeated phone calls to customer service and have yet to speak to a person. I am simply told to leave my name and number and someone will contact me. The call has not come. Summary: I regret buying this product (Christmas present for my son) and I will most likely not purchase other Memorex products, even their tapes...this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Jensen JCR-550 Shower CD Player/Clock Radio with Fog-Free Mirror from Jensen. The list price is around US$59.99.
A perfectly fine machine - no problem. The sound is a bit thin in an ordinary space but give the thing bathroom acoustics and it sails. Love it.
