USE THE PRODUCT ALL THE TIME AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT, THE SHIPMENT WAS ON TIME.

Delphi SA10046 SKYFi Marine Kit for SKYFi XM Satellite Radio Receivers from Delphi Products. The list price is around US$200.00.
Kit was easy to install. Especially liked the white antenna (looks like the old Loran antennas) which came complete with a white ratchet-mount. I hard-wired the power supply rather than plug it into a cigarette lighter. Use it on my flybridge to play through my FM radio. BONUS!...Because my TV/radio antenna is up there, it picks-up the FM signal and plays XM throughout the boat on my saloon entertainment system. Cool! No need for multiple XM accounts.

Ask the salesperson about the antennas. Ask them what their half-life is. I say a year. I've had mine for about two years, and all of a sudden I'm getting a -no signal-. My friend had to replace his because he went through too many car washes. The product is great, but get the best antenna (all of them work fine with each model, i.e. sony antenna with pioneer equipment) that is out there. I'm talking about the big one that is basically standard with the first units. At first I thought it was too big, then I thought I could deal with it on the roof of my car, put it on, now I think it's too big. I'll be switching out to a new, small model. I think it's the size of my thumb... Go with FM modulation, and I love XM.

This is great for XM if you don't want to drill into your car. I purchased this for $29.95 at another website (so this is a good price) and I used it in my Lexus RX-330. It works great as I bolted it onto the bolt for the passenger seat closest to the driver. I did not want to drill into my Lexus to install XM satellite radio. It was really easy to remove the seat bolt and install. My Lexus has a cassette deck so I run my XM through the cassette adpater. XM says this is the best reception for XM (as opposed to the tuner which works as well). I have the XM Delphi SkyFI2 which easily installed into this goose neck radio mount. It is adjustable so you can tilt it to the driver for easy viewing. I recommend this for XM.

Very easy install.. but a little warning. You may need to purchase a shielded cable. ( ie: Monster or Acoustic Research). Hooked up two of these one downstairs, one upstairs.Downstairs on a inexpensive audio system (Aiwa bookshelf system CD.Cassette,Am/Fm). That one worked fine. Upstairs on a larger Denon A/V Receiver not so good, major humming noise.Turns out the unshielded cable supplied with home kit picks up major electrical interference from receiver (I'm sure there's a proper word for that). Discovered I wasn't the only one with that problem.Installed a shielded cable for about $13.00 noise gone. This probably applies to the home kit for the SKYFI2 if it uses the same cable.

This was replace old 5 yr old cradle that just wore out. The connection to antenna seem to get loose over time and loose reception. Was such a good price I bought 3 - hope my Skyfi2 lasts that long!
